This weekend is all about the drizzle, fo shizzle. Rain or shine, here are five of our favorite things going on this weekend — which ones will you be seen at?
1. Spring Cinema Under the Stars @ Janss Marketplace {Thousand Oaks}
Kicking off the outdoor movie season, bring your lawn chair and watch Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens tonight at 7:30pm in the Janss Marketplace food court!

2. Rotary Westlake Village Street Fair
We love events that feature local businesses, and this one is no exception! This street fair will feature local craft beers, a classic car show, pet-friendly events, and a kids’ zone — something for everyone, right??
This Sunday, April 10 from 10am-4pm, you will find the fair on Lakeview Canyon between Agoura Rd. and Watergate Rd. Proceeds go to local charities! Way to keep the Local Love game strong, Westlake!
3. We are definitely obsessed with this community yoga initiative that Ventura Grassroots Yoga is making happen! I mean, who wouldn’t love doing yoga in a brewery, only to sip a pint post-Namaste??
No mat? No problem! Make sure to “like” them on Facebook and Instagram, so that you don’t miss another one of these events!
4. If indoor living is more your style this weekend, you should consider whipping up a batch of this delicious Butternut Squash Soup with Bacon!
Because, well, BACON.
5. Also, what’s better on a rainy day than lounging in a cozy coffee shop?? Not much!;) Ragamuffin Coffee Roasters is one of our local faves – def recommend going there if you haven’t already. But don’t forget, they’re closed Sunday, so if that’s your coffee shop day, check out our list of fave local coffee/wine shops!
