The Autumnal Equinox {translation: first day of Fall} has come and gone — how will you ring in the new season? Here’s a start…
1. Yellow fruit lovers, listen up: we’ve got the 25th Annual Lemon Festival {Goleta} and the 5th Annual Banana Festival {Port Hueneme} happening this Saturday! Whether you like things sweet or sour, there’s something for everyone. You better believe there will be live music, pie eating contests, food + drinks, and kid-friendly events galore — be there!
2. FigtoberFest is coming to a Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company taproom near you this Saturday, September 24! Don your liederhosen and start training for the stein- and keg-holding contests, or just come for the German food, beer, and music!
3. Did you miss the adorrrable photos of Tanisha and her family? She’s about to have little girl #2 in a few weeks, so she had some photos taken by LL805-fave Brooke Borough Photography! Don’t forget to check them out!
4. Now that summer has officially come and gone (wahhh!), it’s time to start thinking about your Fall Bucket List! Here’s ours from last year — can’t wait to update it with new fun fall events!
